Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Downloaded digital products
• Accessed vendor guides
• Opened sourcing resources
• Used supplier directories
• Delivered digital files or links

If you experience an issue receiving your order, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will work to resolve the problem.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• The product was never delivered
• You were charged multiple times accidentally
• The file is permanently inaccessible and cannot be replaced
